After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.

Pack Your Tool

Securely place your Bio Ionic tool and all original accessories into the original box, then affix the return shipping label to the outside of the package.

Drop Off and Refund

Take your package to the designated carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
